I am here to help you achieve strength of body and of mind, strong & serene offers a 12 week course which also includes a meditation component, and an exercise program aimed at strength through weight training . I provide you with the tools needed to incorporate a fitness approach which enables you to achieve results through the principals of weight training, to maximize your metabolic output by building muscle in all the right places by teaching you correct technique in a semi private group setting, I aim to personalize your experience. Every session will end with meditation to solidify the connection between mind and body, and set you up for a great day.
