I am Nelly Mintcheva, your personal trainer with 15 years experience in working with mums and hundreds of humans of all ages and shapes and sizes. My interest has always been in injury prevention and body awareness, proper mobility and strength training. I also worked closely with Mum Safe (body beyond baby) where i gained knowledge working with hundreds of mums on a weekly basis and gained my safe return to exercise certification.
